This arm is the best deal for the money. I gave it a four star on performance only because the button you press on the arm to raise and lower the monitor is not the easiest to use and position... but compared to the $170.00 + arms other employees in the office have it is a great value because it is sturdy and gets the job done! It turns and swings out of your way easily. It gives my desk a updated and clean look.
